Anxiety – Another perspective.
When Anxiety shows up for a client I often ask them ‘why should you have anxiety right now?’ ‘Why should it be showing up in your body at this point in time?’ More often than not its because the client has not stopped and listened to the wisdom and the insight the body as to offer. They have pushed too hard, for too long disregarding the messages from the heart. So the next time you feel anxious, in an active meditation, close your eyes and focus. Focus on the anxiety.
